Amber Ale – NOW ON TAP!
6.0% ABV, 19 IBU, BU:GU 0.5 (balanced)
Simpsons Golden Promise malt gives this refreshing beer a biscuity flavor. This beer was created from a flavor profile that co-owner Gayle had in mind. She and Shawn sat and tasted different grains in varying proportions until they soon hit upon what Gayle described. A month later, Tomfoolery Amber was born! Now you too can experience the bready malt flavor, balanced with slight fruit notes from the yeast, together with only enough hops to balance the beer. This low IBU, balanced beer (not bitter) is oh so easy to drink on a warm day, or any day you ‘just need a great tasting beer’.

Belgian Table (session) Beer – “The Crazy Belgian“(TM)
This light, refreshing ale has all the attitude of a Belgian beer. The array of wonderful Belgian flavors is derived from the Abbey yeast which went crazy during the fermentation. This Belgian is also a bit crazy by being more hop forward than many Belgian beers. Note: This beer is part of Tomfoolery’s FFF It Series (see our events page for a detailed description) and a portion of the proceeds from sales of this brew will be donated to our friend, fellow homebrewer, and the graphic artist responsible for designing the Tomfoolery logo, Mark Patten, to help his fight with colorectal cancer.

8.5% ABV, 86 IBU, BU:GU 1.5; SO4:Cl 2.1 Very Bitter
Do you like beer with your hops? For this brew, we took hops and added more hops to it. Then we brewed a beer to go with it, to bring you our Quad hopped India Pale Ale, which we then dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight 7 C’s… to make it Penta hopped. While this hoppy ale has a solid malt backbone, it’s not enough to balance the hops. There is no balance here, just pure juicy bitter, hoppy goodness! Pour into an IPA glass for best enjoyment.

Graham Cracker Porter
A smooth drinking Porter that tastes like graham cracker pie crust! Pour into a Tulip glass for best enjoyment.
India Pale Ale – “Drag”(TM) Hop Hash IPA
6.9% ABV, 90+ IBU
This one is NOT for the sweet tarts out there. ATTENTION HOP HEADS: This is one bitter, aromatic and tasty IPA! Hop hash is the pungent hop powder collected at the end of the hop pelletizing process. During processing, lupulin glands (the gland that contains the hop aroma and bittering compounds) build up on the hammer mills, which are then scraped to collect what is known as hop hash. We use several different very high alpha acid hop hash varieties throughout the brewday to get a double IPA hop burst sensation in a single IPA beer. Apricot, orange, pear and spice; this one has it all and unlike some other hash, you won’t want to share this one. Get your own! Pour into an IPA glass for best enjoyment.
India Pale Ale – “Sun Grown”(TM) – NOW ON TAP!

India Pale Ale – “The 6.2”(TM)
6.2% ABV, 49 IBU (in your glass), BU:GU 1.1 (bitter)
Whole leaf Amarillo hops provide fresh, bold citrusy (grapefruit/orange) aroma and flavor to our refreshing IPA. The yeast strain for this brew provides the body of an ale while leaving behind the clean finish of a lager. While hop flavors are accentuated, the complexity of flavors from the yeast make the bitterness of this American IPA appear smooth without that overly bitter bite. There is a tinge of a bite in the back of the tongue at the end of each sip. We do make a DIPA (double IPA / IIPA), see below, for those who can’t get enough hops and ABV in their IPA (yes, that includes us too!). Pour into an IPA glass for best enjoyment.
India Pale Ale – “Tropic Swell”(TM)
~7.5% ABV, ~70+ IBU (in your glass), BU:GU 1.3 (bitter)
