About
The Brewery: Tomfoolery Brewing is an independent, family owned craft microbrewery located in the Brewtown section of Hammonton, NJ, a town rich in Italian tradition, in the heart of Southern New Jersey’s wine country. The brewery is located in what was the bottling plant for the now defunct Eastern Brewing Corporation of Old Bohemian fame. The location is convenient to the train and bus lines and the vibrant downtown area, with a variety of local cuisine and shopping available nearby.

Us: Our backgrounds in biochemistry and electrical engineering provide a solid backbone for our brewing processes that impart consistent, high quality beers. We have a passion for homebrewing, not only as brewers, but as award winning homebrewers; founders of the local homebrew club, Brew Jersey; former owner of South Jersey’s homebrew supply shop, Tap It Homebrew; and integral members of the local commercial and homebrewing communities and beyond.
Our Beers: Our beers pour bright; a majority filled with clarity and some hazy by design (think dank IPA, Take Flight(TM) DIPA and wheat Hefeweizen). Not only visually appealing, but also with crisp, clean flavors that pop with each swig. We take great pride in all of our beers, every step of the way. From recipe development until the last keg kicks, we are continously monitoring each process along the way.
Presentation: We pour Tomfoolery beers into Spiegelau or other appropriate glassware in our tasting room so you can experience each beer the way we intended; visually appealing, aromatic and flavorful with each sip. Our heart and soul goes into each brew, and we want you to taste the passion in each and every glass you drink. Ask for your favorite Tomfoolery beer to be poured into one of our specially logoed glasses at your neighborhood bar.
Green Brewing: Our spent grain goes to Rare Courage farms, a local farm where the grain is fed to cattle, chickens, hens, horses and other farm animals.
