AC Lager™, 4.5% ABV

Alder Ego™ Smoked Porter, 6.5% ABV
We smoke a portion of the Munich malt in this recipe with Western Red Alder wood which is indigenous to the Pacific Northwest. The smoked malt pairs perfectly with the roasty Porter flavors from the dark grains. While this Smoked Porter is crisp and bold from the water profile and neutral yeast, the smoke flavor is not overpowering. Try one, if not for you, then for your other self.
Alder Ego™ Smoked Porter Aged in Four Roses Bourbon Barrel, 6.5% ABV
Our Alder Ego Smoked Porter, absolutely infused with the aroma and flavors of bourbon, along with notes of vanilla and oak from the bourbon barrel.
Amber Ale, 6.0% ABV
Simpsons Golden Promise malt gives this refreshing beer a bready malt flavor, balanced with slight fruit notes from the yeast, together with only enough hops to balance the beer. Oh so easy to drink on a warm day, or any day you ‘just need a great tasting beer’.
Atomic Squeeze™ IPA, 6.3% ABV
A wonderfully juicy and hazy East Coast style IPA, double dry hopped with Huell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria hops. Smooth and delicious!
Bitty Buzz™ Session IPA, 4.2% ABV
A hoppy, flavorful ale that can be enjoyed in multiples! We crafted our Bitty Buzz session IPA for all you Hop-Heads – bursting with citrusy hop aroma, flavor and bitterness, yet crushable for your whole session.
Blood Orange Kolsch, 5.6% ABV
We start with a clean, crisp, well-attenuated ale with very subtle fruit character from the hops and yeast, then infuse it with blood orange – a slightly sweet, tangy compliment. We stay true to the style’s origin by using the noble Spalt hop variety from Southern Germany.
Blueberry Capitol™ Pale Ale, 5.5% ABV
An English Pale Ale combined with FRESH, LOCAL blueberries, freshly picked from the fields in Hammonton, NJ, along with Papuan bourbon vanilla beans to create the aroma and flavor of Mom’s famous blueberry muffins. Remember wanting to take a bite just as they came out of the oven? Every sip of Blueberry Capitol will bring the same smile to your face that came with the first taste of that lovely fresh-baked confection.
Bob’s Bottlehouse™ Bock, ~5.5% ABV
Our mega-malty dark German lager, brewed in memory of Robert Penza, Brewmaster of the former Eastern Brewing Corporation.
Bromance™ Barleywine, 12.5% ABV
Flavors of sweet, juicy raisins and dried fruits in our strongest brew to date.
Brown Ale, 4.6% ABV
If you could taste the color brown, this would be it! Our Brown ale has hints of roastiness and chocolate from the combination of malts. The yeast provides a malty, slight nutty character and dry finish, which adds to the layers of flavors from the malt. The smoothness of this Brown liquid as it passes over your tongue brings the glass back to your lips before you’re finished swallowing.
Crack Concrete™ Belgian Tripel, 9.4% ABV
Pilsner base + Belgian yeast = estery medley of bubblegum, banana and grapefruit. We know you’ll be back for more; this beer is addicting!
Crazy Belgian™ Table Beer, 4.1% ABV
This light, refreshing ale has all the attitude of a Belgian beer. The array of wonderful Belgian flavors is derived from the Abbey yeast which went crazy during the fermentation. This Belgian is also a bit crazy by being more hop forward than many Belgian beers. This beer is part of Tomfoolery’s FFF It Series and a portion of the proceeds from sales of this brew were donated to our friend, fellow homebrewer, and the graphic artist responsible for all of Tomfoolery’s branding, Mark Patten, to help him win his fight against colorectal cancer.
Eastie Boys™ IPA, 6.0% ABV
Yo! This IPA is purposely hazy, with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic to impart juicy tropical aroma and big juicy flavor with restrained hop bitterness.
F. Nighting™ Ale, 5.2% ABV
Brewed in collaboration with local original band Only on Weekends, to commemorate their debut album release, Another Wasted Night. This Irish Red is full of malty goodness with just enough hop bitterness to keep it in check. A cure for what “ales” you!
Feck Off™ Irish Stout, 6.0% ABV
A traditional style Irish stout, but Extra, because tradition needs a little kick in the arse sometimes! This is a fuller-bodied dark beer. Creamy head and extremely smooth with moderate roastiness from the dark malts.
Fit 4 Life™ Low-calorie, low-carb IPA, 3.4% ABV
Our lightest offering, this 91 calorie (per 12 oz serving) IPA is packed with citrus flavors from Citra and Mosaic hops. Similar to our crowd favorite Sun Grown IPA, but low-calorie to Fit your Healthy lifestyle! 91 calories, 5.7 g carbs, 1 g of protein per 12 oz serving.
Hamish™ Scotch Ale, 8.3% ABV
Malt and more malt. Our Scotch ale has a dominant, sweet, caramel flavor and aroma from the malt bill. The clean yeast allows the malty aroma and flavors to shine. Little to no hop aroma or flavor, as hop bitterness is low but just enough to keep the malt sweetness in check. A low level of smokiness is achieved from a small amount of house smoked malt.
Kanoe™ Kolsch, 5.6% ABV
A clean, crisp, well-attenuated ale with very subtle fruit character from the hops and yeast. We stay true to the style’s origin by using the noble Spalt hop variety from Southern Germany.
King’s Dubbel™ Belgian Dubbel, 6.5% ABV
Our Belgian Dubbel is a rich, complex, malty brew, borrowing fruit flavors from our Belgian Quad and a slight banana ester aroma from our Crack Concrete™ Belgian Tripel, without being as strong as either of them.
Mojito IPA, 6.1%
West Coast-style IPA with lime and mint to mimic a mojito. Bitterness up front, followed by lime and mint.
Mojito Lager, 4.5%
Crisp, clean lager with fresh mint and lime juice to resemble a Mojito.
Mole Mexicana™ Stout, 7.6% ABV
Just in time for Cinqo de Mayo! A Mexican chocolate chili cinnamon beer made with real chocolate, cinnamon and dried guajillo, ancho and habanero peppers
Moocha™ Stout, 6.6% ABV
Imagine… Belgian dark chocolate and Cold Brewed Coffee (from a blend of beans that we roast fresh for each brew) … These fresh ingredients give our Moocha Stout chocolate aromatics and chocolate and coffee flavors … experience The Foolery’s creamy Moocha Stout.
Moocha™ Stout Aged in Four Roses Bourbon Barrel, 6.6% ABV
Our chocolate coffee stout absolutely infused with the aroma and flavors of bourbon, along with notes of vanilla and oak from the bourbon barrel.
Night of the Gourd™ Imperial Pumpkin Ale, 9.2% ABV
Our Imperial Pumpkin. This one will make you want to cook gourds in the fire pit! Made with pumpkin and spices, this easy drinking Imperial brew goes down smooth. Hints of molasses, along with a blend of pumpkin spices, make this a perfect beer to go with your holiday dinner, dessert or a cigar after a big holiday meal.
Not So Old Bohemian™ Pilsner, 5.0% ABV
You won’t find corn or rice in this Bohemian-style Lager – only Pilsner and Vienna malts in this one. In true Bohemian style, this light lager is brewed with Czech Saaz hops. One of our lightest brews, this one is especially made for drinking anytime at all.
Oktoberfest Marzen Lager, 5.2% ABV
Malty, crisp, clean lager. Perfect for Oktoberfest!
Orbit the Sun™ Hefeweizen, 5.5% ABV
A refreshing, hazy, German-style wheat beer with a soft texture and moderate signature notes of banana and clove. Slight spiciness and a dry edge from the wheat. Very drinkable anywhere, anytime!
Roasted Chestnuts ESB, 6.2% ABV
A collaboration with our neighbors, Vinyl Brewing in Hammonton, NJ. Fire roasted chestnuts, English hops and English yeast meld into a crisp ale suitable for celebrating the holidays in the Italian tradition!
Rye Times™ IPA, 7.7% ABV
A clean, refreshing IPA with hop bite and the spicy taste of rye.
Salted Caramel Ale, 6.2% ABV
Sweet and malty and salty and caramelly. Yup.
Security Breach™ Russian Imperial Stout, 9.0% ABV
A big, bold, roasty, chocolatey stout to stand up to winter. Brewed to celebrate our Second Anniversary in December 2017.
Shawn & Gayle’s™ Pale Ale, 6.1% ABV
Cascade and Citra hops throughout, and dry hopped with more Citra for a fresh, in your face, citrusy hop aroma and flavor. A combination of oats and pale and crystal malts round out the flavor. A refreshing Pale Ale for any time of day or night.
Sinister™ Pumpkin Stout, 6.2% ABV
A deep, dark, sinister stout, swirling with spices, with just enough pumpkin for fiendish flavor. This little devil will have you howling at the moon!
S.M.Alder™ Imperial Smoked Porter, 8.0% ABV

Sun Grown™ IPA, 6.1% ABV
Damn good hop forward flavors, in a well rounded IPA. Sun Grown IPA pours slightly hazy from all the Citra and Mosaic dry hopping with fresh, in your face, citrusy hop aroma! Flavors of orange, lemon, lime and pineapple are evident along with a subtle hint of white grapes and a big burst of grapefruit!
Strawberry IPA, 6.1% ABV
West Coast-style IPA with strawberry. Bitterness up front, followed by the fresh taste of strawberries.
Take Flight™ Double IPA, 8.5% ABV
Do you like beer with your hops? For this brew, we took hops and added more hops to it. Then we brewed a beer to go with it, to bring you our Quad hopped India Pale Ale, which we then dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight 7 C’s … to make it Penta hopped. While this hoppy ale has a solid malt backbone, it’s not enough to balance the hops. There is no balance here, just pure juicy bitter hoppy goodness!
TGV™ Saison, 5.6% ABV
Our French Saison, balanced and dry, with a hint of pepper and spice from the yeast. Brewed with flavorful malts and wildflower honey for a distinctly European taste.
TGV™ Saison Aged in Tomasello Pinot Noir Barrel, 5.6% ABV
Our French Saison, aged in a Pinot Noir barrel from Tomasello Winery in Hammonton, NJ. A beautiful balance of the best of France, with peppery notes from both the Saison and the Pinot Noir combined with oak and vanilla from the barrel.
The 6.2™ IPA, 6.2% ABV
Whole leaf Amarillo hops provide fresh, bold grapefruit and orange aroma and flavor to our refreshing IPA. The yeast strain for this brew provides the body of an ale while leaving behind the clean finish of a lager. While hop flavors are accentuated, the complexity of flavors from the yeast makes the bitterness of this American IPA appear smooth without that overly bitter bite.
Trish’s™ Irish Red Ale, 6.4% ABV
Our traditional Irish Red, full of malty goodness with just enough hop bitterness to keep it in check.
Tropic Swell™ IPA, 7.5% ABV
Hops from the Trops of Australia and New Zealand give this IPA a fresh, citrusy aroma and flavor. Pacific Jade also gives a welcoming hint of spice which complements the fresh passionfruit and peach flavors from Galaxy. The simple malt bill and clean fermentation lays down a fresh flavor profile to let the hops shine.
Vaniljekranse™ Ale, 5.5% ABV
Say what?! Van-ill-ya-krans-uh! Our English style pale ale base beer brewed with vanilla bean and almond. Yum, tastes like those Danish Christmas cookies in the blue tin!
Wee Bit o Milis™ Ale, 8.5% ABV
You know those yummy Irish Potato candies with coconut cream inside, rolled in cinnamon? Tomfoolery has a beer to complement them, our Irish Potato Candy beer! A coconut, cinnamon dessert beer. This one is brewed for St Patrick’s Day.

Adambier: Hearty, robust ale with some smoke flavor. Light brown ale with hints of toasty, caramel notes combining with a light touch of smoked malt.
Apple Pie Pale Ale: The base for this beer was brewed as a Pro-Am with the Brew Jersey Homebrew Club as a basic pale ale that we doctored with apple pie spices until it started to taste like mom’s apple pie. Delicious!
Banana Cream Pie Ale: Banana flavors and aroma, along with the sweet creaminess of a piece of pie and hints of toasted coconut.
Basil Saison: Refreshing Saison with fresh basil to add a tinge of herbal spiciness. Basil contains many of the same compounds that hops have and the basil gives this beer a fresh garden taste!
Belgian Pale Ale: Brewed with Rabbit Hill malt and Belgian yeast, moderately hopped. Pours slightly hazy, with esters from the yeast, with a golden, slightly sweet malty flavor.
Belgian Stout: Brewed in collaboration with the Brew Jersey Homebrew Club and served in honor of Charlie Papazian’s birthday/retirement!
Berliner Weisse: A pale, refreshing, low alcohol German wheat beer with slight sourness. If you’re looking to try a sour beer, this is the place to start!
BeTony Brown Ale: This herbal brew contains Betony, used by modern herbalists as a remedy for many ailments. Forget Yoga, have a beer!
Biggest Small Beer Ever: In celebration of American Craft Beer Week 2016, Tomfoolery Brewing, along with over 100 other breweries from all 50 states, brewed a Smokey Porter using the same recipe. A large-scale collaboration to raise up “Small Beer”!
Black IPA: An IPA … but black. Hoppy, bitter, dark IPA with some roasty character.
Blood Orange Kolsch: Our Kanoe Kolsch infused with blood orange – a slightly sweet, tangy compliment to the base beer.
Blueberry Barleywine: An intense blueberry ale with distinct wine characteristics. Great for sipping!
Blueberry IPA: A flavorful IPA brewed with blueberries.
Blueberry Lemon Berliner Weisse: A slightly sour ale brewed with blueberries and hops with lemony aroma and flavor for a nice balance of sweet and sour.
Blueberry Wit: A light wheat beer with blueberries added in secondary. Delightful!
Bourbon Ale: An English style Pale ale conditioned with Four Roses(TM) bourbon soaked oak chips.
Brabançon Belgian Quad: Not for the faint of heart. This strong, heady brew oozes with dark, dry fruit. Think prunes and raisins combined with esters from the Belgian yeast.
British Special Bitter: This strong English pale ale is malty with a very mild bitter hop presence. This beer is served “English” style – on cask – with moderately low carbonation level and we begin pouring it at cellar temperatures in the low 50’sF.
California Common: Toasty, caramel flavors supported with the traditional Northern Brewer hop to give a pleasing slight minty/woody flavor character at the end. Also known as Steam beer, from the gold rush era.
Candy Corn Beer: Brewed for our Halloween “guess the flavor” contest. Yep, tastes like candy corn.
Cascadian Dark Ale: An ale brewed with traditional IPA ingredients along with darker malts to give it a roasty character.
Chai Porter: A dark, ice cold chai tea flavored beer to give you a break from all the ‘light summer’ brews.
Chocolate Cherry Stout: A dark and delicious confection with hints of chocolate from the malt and a burst of cherry!
Chocolate Chili Beer: Brewed with chocolate, cinnamon, and 3 kinds of chili peppers, this stout makes your mouth water! This was the pilot batch for our Mole Mexicana.
Chocolate IPA: The sweetness of chocolate, followed by the bitterness from the wonderful hop plant. What a combination – bitter-sweet.
Competition IPA: Shawn, Gayle, Chris and Eric each designed and brewed their own IPA, then the beers were served to and judged by our loyal fans. They chose Chris’ recipe as the winner, which was then brewed on the 7 barrel system as Tropic Swell IPA.
Colonial Good Ale: This isn’t an “Old Ale”, or a “Stock Ale”, it’s a damn “Good Ale”. The English malts, hops and yeast give this brew a distinctive English feel. The flavor is undoubtedly toasty with contributions of caramel notes from the molasses.
Cornucopia Thanksgiving Beer: Cornucopia is our ‘day after Thanksgiving’ dinner plate beer. Brewed with roasted sweet potatoes, cranberry and traditional holiday spices, this beer will complement the leftovers you pull out of the fridge the day after Thanksgiving.
Dill Pickle IPA: Brewed with fresh dill and a splash of homemade pickle juice, this beer is made to complement your deli sandwich, or any of your favorite comfort foods!
Dunkelweizen Doppelbock: Dark, malty, imperial wheat beer.
FOOL’s Beer: We brew something different each April Fools’ (since it is our holiday, after all!) then our guests try to guess what we brewed. The winner gets a prize!
Gluten Free Pale Ale: A gluten free pale ale brewed with sorghum along with flavorful and aromatic Citra and Cascade hops. This beer is typically available on tap at The Foolery tasting room and growlers to go are allowed!
Graham Cracker Porter: A smooth drinking Porter that tastes like graham cracker pie crust!
Hazelnut Brown Ale: A clean and satisfying brown ale infused with hazelnuts to complement the malt bill.
Helltoberfest Helles: A refreshing, malt accentuated, light lager. Helles, the original Munich lager.
Hop Hash IPA: This one is NOT for the sweet tarts out there – this is one bitter, aromatic and tasty IPA! Apricot, orange, pear and spice; this one has it all and unlike some other hash, you won’t want to share this one.
India Pale Lager: A burst of lemon citrus flavor and aroma from the Waimea dry hopping along with a touch of earthiness and pine from the noble lager hops.
Italian Pilsner: What makes a Pilsner Italian, you ask? Well, German malts, German hops and German yeast… Made by an Italian, of course! An Italian Pilsner is distinguished by using noble hops including dry hopping for additional noble aroma. We use Italian malt to boost the authenticity of this one.
Jalapeno Cilantro Saison: Refreshing Saison with New Jersey grown jalapenos for a slight spicy kick and fresh (not dried!) cilantro for a crisp garden flavor. The Cilantro and Jalapeno contrast each other, while both complement the Saison flavors.
Jalepeno Pale Ale: A well-balanced pale ale with the slight kick of fresh jalapeno peppers.
Krampus Christmas Ale: A spiced winter warmer, brewed for Groundhog Day 2018 to vote for an extended winter.
Kuyt Beer: Ancient beer style brewed in the Netherlands in the 1400’s. Effervescent and refreshing. Grainy/bready character from the use of malted oats and wheat. An almost minty taste comes through, from the combination of grains and Kolsch yeast.
Lemon Balm Ale: This beer contains lemon balm used for insomnia, indigestion and heartburn. This beer has a lemon aroma and drinks like lemon tea.
Mango Mirage NEIPA: Hazy NEIPA with the fresh flavor of mango.
Merry Christmas Ale: Brrrr! It’s cold outside and the weather is frightful! Come in and warm up with our Winter Warmer with seasonal spices of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and bitter orange peel.
Moocha Stout: Brewed with Belgian dark chocolate and house roasted cold brewed coffee. The pilot batch for our Moocha Stout.
Mummer’s Ale: This champagne-like ale has juice from white grapes, is dry with a slightly tart finish and is highly carbonated. Perfect for a pre-game New Year’s Eve toast!
New Zealand Pilsner: A refreshingly hoppy pilsner brewed with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops. Part of our Groundhog Day 2018 event, to vote for an early spring!
Oktoberfest: Malty, crisp, clean lager. Perfect for Oktoberfest!
Oyster Extra Stout: Fresh oysters? In beer? Yum! Fresh, local oysters give this stout a hint of briny flavor. Sweet and salty oysters balance the smooth and roasty characteristics of this dark brew.
Pale Ale with Ingstan Hops: A refreshing Pale Ale made with locally grown Cascade hops from Ingstan Farms.
Passion Fruit IPA: The tartness of the passion fruit complements the juiciness of the hops in this IPA.
Peach Cobbler Ale: Amber ale with Victory malt for that crust flavor everyone loves in a peach cobbler, with roasted peaches and brown sugar added just before kegging to preserve and enhance that sweet, just-picked flavor of the perfect Jersey peach cobbler!
Pork Slab Bacon Brown: Bacon!! A brown ale made with real bacon, need we say more? Bacon, in a glass. Pairs great with scrambled eggs and home fries!
Rauchbier: Want a ‘smoke’? Clean, crisp lager profile with a woodpile of Cherry Smoked wood flavor!
Resilience IPA: Sierra Nevada’s fundraising recipe, brewed in collaboration with Vinyl Brewing and Three 3’s in Hammonton to raise money for the Camp Fire Relief Fund to help rebuild Butte County, CA.
Rye IPA: A clean, refreshing IPA with hop bite and the spicy taste of rye. The pilot batch for our Rye Times IPA.
Rye Kolsch: A traditional German Kolsch with the subtle spiciness of rye malt.
Saison I: A simple Saison brewed with Belgian Saison yeast.
Saison II: A simple Saison brewed with French Saison yeast.
Salted Caramel Ale: Sweet and malty and salty and caramelly. Yup.
Salty Tales Gose: A slightly sour and slightly salty brew, our Gose pours a straw color with some haziness from the wheat. With a hint of saltiness from the pink Himalayan Sea Salt and mild spiciness from freshly cracked Coriander.
Sangria Wheat Beer: A light and refreshing wheat beer with the distinct fruitiness of sangria.
Sarsaparilla Porter: A tasty porter base beer with sarsaparilla added, balancing the sweetness with a root beer like flavor. Sarsaparilla is used as a flavoring in non-alcoholic root beer and we use it in the same manner, except we kick it up a notch by adding it to our porter.
Sinister Pumpkin Stout: This creamy, full bodied stout brewed with pumpkin and spices goes down smooth.
SMASH Pale Ale: A Single Malt And Single Hop Pale Ale using locally grown and malted 2-row pale malt grain from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ to showcase the grain.
SMATH Pale Ale: A Single Malt And Two Hop Pale Ale using locally grown and malted 2-row pale malt grain from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ to showcase the grain.
SMASH with EXP 07270: A Single Malt And Single Hop Pale Ale using locally grown and malted 2-row pale malt grain from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ and Experimental Hop variety 07270.
SMASH with HASH: A Single Malt And Single Hop Pale Ale using locally grown and malted 2-row pale malt grain from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ and Nugget hop hash.
Sour Apple Ale: A pale, refreshing, low alcohol sour apple beer. This beer pours pale straw color and has a dry finish with clean lactic sourness and fresh apple flavor from Golden Delicious apples from local Pastore Orchards.
Sour Peach Ale: Tart and refreshing kettle soured wheat ale conditioned on peach puree to give a nice punch of fresh peach flavor to go along with the sour.
Spruce Tip Ale: We use spruce tree clippings from a local tree farm, Fosters Holly Ridge Tree Farm in Hammonton, NJ, in this beer to impart the true feeling of Christmas in a glass.
Thai Basil & Pepper Saison: A clean, dry, well-attenuated saison enhanced with the flavors of thai basil and black pepper.
Thai Peanut Ale: Pad Thai anyone? Aroma and flavor of peanuts up front, with heat kicking you in the throat as you swallow. Pairs well with take-out noodles.
Vaniljekranse Ale: English style pale ale base beer brewed with vanilla bean and almond – Vaniljekranse anyone? Yum, tastes just like a Danish Christmas cookie!
Vanilla IPA: A nicely hopped IPA with just enough vanilla to add some creamy goodness.
